Great Customer Service
I been with Baha since 2015. Their Customer Services is so excellent! From the Bossman Awad on down to his Beautiful Family. They are very respectful,understanding,reliable,sweet peoples.I'm very Happy i choose them from the start and very pleased they make sure they treated me/other customers right. Out of all the dealers in Chicago I will always come to Baha first... I had good experience not with just one of them all of them! Thank y'all some much for letting me and my family enjoy y'all beautiful customer service.i got 5 cars from them. And this is the BahaAuto located on North Ave in Chicago. Buying experience with Mike at BAHA-TOP NOTCH!!!
I having nothing but good things to say about BAHA AUTO. I saw a vehicle online, contacted Mike to inquire about it. He was very honest and upfront from the very beginning to the end. I never went and looked at the vehicle, all paperwork was completed through email etc. After everything was finalized my wife flew to Chicago and took Uber to BAHA auto (BAHA even payed for the UBER!). She was treated with the utmost respect by Mike and others. She drove the Van home. I inspected the van when she got to our home in Missouri...everything was exactly as Mike described. I would recommend BAHA auto to anyone. I don't normally recommend people or dealers, but I have to say BAHA has earned by respect. AND....the price was great. Great service and friendly staff. I walked out a satisfied customer today they got me into a 2017 with low miles as well as a affordable payment as well as down payment. I will most definitely be sending customers their way... Ask for Mike he's awesome and the girl who did all my paperwork was great as well...

My car buying experience as pleasant and smooth as can be!
Mike did an excellent job helping my son purchase his first vehicle as an adult! He listened to what we wanted and got us the best deal ever! I’m so glad we stopped into Baha Auto this morning. The entire staff was friendly and very nice. I highly recommend them as one of the best dealerships on North Ave.

My husband and I have always purchased our vehicles from Baha and have never had any issues with any of our cars. Recently we purchased a used Audi with only one previous owner. Everyone was very helpful and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend that you take a look at their inventory, and keep them in mind if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle. At Baha they have many reliable cars for all types of budgets.
